If you or a family member or friend have been convicted of a Pennsylvania crime, you have a right to a direct appeal to the Superior Court; and if you do not prevail there, you have a right to petition the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for Leave to Appeal.

There are three appellate districts in Pennsylvania, the Eastern (which includes Philadelphia), the Middle (which includes Harriburg) and the Western (which includes Pittsburgh). We practice in each of these Districts.
